Tarragon Dressing

Ingredients:
Approximately 1 1/2 cups
1/2 cup White Wine Vinegar
1 1/2 Tbls Fresh Quail Mt. Tarragon, chopped
1 cup Vegetable Oil
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp each Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Procedure:
Combine all ingredients into a jar with a tight lid; shake well to blend
and chill. To serve, shake dressing well, pour over salad and toss lightly.
