Ice Au Lait – Ice Coffee Drink

Ingredients: 1 serving

1 two ounce scoop of coffee ice cream
1 two ounce scoop of vanilla ice cream
1 cup of espresso
1 splash of chocolate liqueur optional (Vandermint was used in TV show)

Procedure:
Into a tall glass put the scoops of ice cream and pour over the hot espresso. Add the splash of liqueur if desired, top with a dollop of whipped cream, powdered chocolate or chocolate curls.
