Wendy’s TV show Art of Food® is aired weekly on:
KION, CBS Channel 5, every Thursday at 12:00 Noon

Comcast, Channel 2, Saturdays and Sundays at 2:00 PM

The show on Thursday, September 11, 2003 will be the second segment on The Art of the Table with special guest Baroness Suzanne von Drachenfels.
She is an expert on the table-top settings and the author of a book, The Art of the Table which explains the purpose and history of various table settings as well as many illustrations.
She has lectured, appeared on television shows and has consulted to top social and diplomatic personage throughout the United States.
Jacqueline Kennedy’s social secretary, Letitia Baldrige said says of her book: “…this book is invaluable. …for anyone…it’s an ABC primer!”

On the show, Wendy and Baroness von Drachenfels show five different styles of settings, from very formal to informal outdoors dining. They explain the historic rational for many customs that we perform today.
